Frequently asked questions
Answers to help you choose and use our products.
Effective cleaning products, handcrafted in Belgium, easy to use and transparent about their composition. Behind every product, there is a person you can contact directly.
Yes, it is our priority. Effectiveness depends on the formulation, the concentration and the right dosage. We prioritise effectiveness in real conditions of use.
Savon Noir de Namur is the historic product at the heart of the LaverVert range. It is made in our workshop from rapeseed oil. Versatile, it cleans and degreases many surfaces, which reduces the number of products needed at home. It is the ideal product to discover the range.
Our Lavandin laundry detergent is scented with lavandin essential oil, for a light fragrance. It contains the allergens naturally present in this oil, listed on the label.
Making our products ourselves lets us control quality, improve them based on feedback from the field and stay close to our customers. Our workshop is in Maillen, near Namur.
The right benchmark is the cost per use, not just the price of the container. For example, our Lavandin laundry detergent in a 3 L Bag-in-Box at €19.40 incl. VAT works out at around €0.26 per wash with a 40 ml dose for 4.5 kg of laundry, i.e. 75 washes. The dosage varies with water hardness and how dirty the laundry is: follow the instructions on the label.
In our online shop, from our partner retailers and at some local events. In Belgium, home delivery is free from €35. The exact conditions are shown when you order.
